Delivery

Due to shipping costs, if a package is not collected, you are obliged to pay for the shipping costs. Upon returning an uncollected package, an invoice for the shipping costs will be issued, which must be paid within 7 days of receiving the invoice. In the case of a previously uncollected package, future orders will only be possible upon prior payment of the full purchase price. This measure is in place to avoid incurring costs at the company’s expense.

Customer Liability in Case of Uncollected Packages

The shipping cost and courier service are indicated in the final step of the order process, just before submission on the ‘Checkout’ page. If the provider is unable to fulfill their obligations, the customer will be notified, and further steps will be agreed upon.

If the customer does not collect the package for reasons attributable to them (e.g., failure to collect at the address or refusal of the package), the company will charge the actual shipping and return costs. The customer will receive an invoice for the shipping costs, which must be paid within 7 days of receipt.

In cases where the customer has previously failed to collect a package, the company reserves the right to require full prepayment on subsequent orders. This rule aims to prevent unnecessary costs for the company and ensure smooth operations.

Right to Withdraw from the Contract

The customer has the right to notify the provider within 14 days of receiving the goods that they are withdrawing from the contract. The customer bears the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the goods are destroyed, spoiled, lost, or their quantity has decreased through no fault of the customer.

For packages lost during transit, please submit a claim no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the error is on our part, we will correct the issue.

Incorrect Address

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address when placing your order, the shipment will be returned. In this case, you are responsible for the costs of reshipping.

Unclaimed Packages

If the package remains unclaimed, placing another order on the website under your name and information will no longer be possible.

Non-returnable Products

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of sealed products, such as face masks, which are unsuitable for return after opening. You agree that returned products, such as masks, will be destroyed and will not be re-shipped.

Special Notice for EU Customers

According to European Union law, returns are not possible for:

  • products made to your specifications or personalized;
  • sealed products that have been opened and are therefore not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

For any disputes between the provider and the customer, the court in Ljubljana has jurisdiction. All contracts and communication between the customer and the provider are conducted in Slovenian. Any questions not explicitly regulated by these terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
